I am the Director of Business Development at Diligent Health, where I work with healthcare organizations on delivery programs for medical devices, lab specimens, pharmaceuticals, and patient care supplies. I focus on two questions: what does the clinical team need, and what will it take to run the route every day?
My Background
I have built my career in healthcare and enterprise logistics, with roles at American Expediting, MNX (a UPS company), Titanium Couriers, SprinterWork, and now Diligent Health. That experience includes nine years supporting Zimmer Biomet through a 3PL, working around the sales reps, warehouses, hospitals, and SPD teams who depend on reliable delivery.
What Reliable Delivery Means
A delivery is not finished when it reaches the dock. It is finished when the right item reaches the right team, on time and ready to use. That is the standard I bring to every program, and it is the focus of the field notes I share here.
